Hello Everyone!!

What a GREAT day at Districts we had!! I am in awe of each and every one of your swimmers! We had an incredible 48 total best times (and that's not counting relay swim best times), 16 Regional qualifiers, all 6 relays made it out with all best times of the season, as well as some that are super close to breaking records, and a team record by Simone Koret in the 100 fly by .16 with a time of 1:00.29! AND - boys took 2nd and girls took 3rd overall! Hard work and a positive mindset truly do pay off! I am already excited about next year!! :-) But, we have Region and State to head to next! 

Region qualifiers have been contacted and I will be updating you all with more details. Everything should be finalized by Monday evening. 

For practice the week of Jan. 30-Feb. 3: We will be making some adjustments for next week. All Region qualifiers are required to attend, but I am leaving it optional (but highly recommended) for the whole team to attend. We will be focusing on a taper and prepping for the Region meet. IF your swimmer will not be attending practice Monday-Thursday next week, they need to be in the library no later than 8:15 for attendance. If they are late, they will be marked tardy. If they are coming to practice, they will need to be on time and things will run as usual. HERE is the schedule. Friday there is no practice at all since we are traveling to College Station for the Region meet. 

For practice the week of February 6th: All swimmers will attend as usual. I will get you all an updated schedule with times and locations for the rest of February and March during this week.
